Sunter Park Apartment is a modern residential complex located in North Jakarta, designed to accommodate urban living with high security standards and integrated smart infrastructure. To support the safety and convenience of its residents, a robust access control and parking system is required to manage and monitor all personnel and vehicle movements efficiently.
Project Requirements
Access Control Solution
Enhanced security is a top priority. Our client requires full control over access to the apartment area, especially for entry into elevators and restricted building zones. To meet this requirement, an elevator access control system has been implemented, consisting of the following components:
- 8 units of EC10 Elevator Controllers
- 8 units of EX16 Expansion Boards
- 39 units of KR500M RFID Readers
These devices work together to ensure that only authorized individuals can access specific floors, helping to maintain privacy and safety within the apartment complex.
Parking System
The client has also requested a fast and secure parking verification system, due to the high volume of residents and employees. The system must allow for easy, quick, and efficient access.
To meet this need, the BG2000 Series has been selected. It is a high-performance, high-speed barrier gate equipped with:
- Heat-resistant control panel
- Shockproof boom connector design
This ensures optimal performance even under heavy daily use.

It can be managed via TCP/IP communication over LAN or WAN networks, providing a flexible and scalable solution. - BG2000 Series – Parking Barrier Gate
The BG2000 offers a cost-effective, precise, and easy-to-install solution that replaces traditional loop detectors. It features an interactive LED chassis, programmable control panel, high-efficiency brushless DC motor, and SCM421 gear transmission system. With high speed, stable performance, and expandable functions, it is a comprehensive parking gate system. - ZKTeco EC10 – Elevator Access Controller
The EC10 provides a secure, scalable, and versatile elevator control solution. It can restrict access to specific floors based on user credentials, such as fingerprints, proximity cards, or passwords. Scheduled access control is also supported, allowing open floor access during designated hours (e.g., normal working hours or visiting times). - ZKBioSecurity Platform
